Please join us for an important conversation about law school hiring and the challenges to diversifying our faculties. By now, those of us who have been part of the hiring process know that there are a number of excuses and strategies by which hiring committees and faculties eliminate Black candidates and other candidates of color in the process. These double standards, special standards, and biased processes are hard to displace. This workshop will give law faculty and others an opportunity to discuss their experience and share what they have learned about overcoming racism in hiring.
